Unlike in the past three Bakunawa, the Mentors and Jury of the fourth edition film camp and film festival  did not declare nominees and winners. Instead, the jury and resource persons have selected three films to be cited and to be sent to Cinema Rehiyon 9 as representatives of Bakunawa (then called Bakunawa Cinema of the Young). The cited films were:

LAAGAN (WANDERLUST) by MARIA ELENA FRIDA APORDO & JOVEN CAHABAN (ET AL)
PERDITUS (LOST) by REY NABU-AB
KADULA (PLAYMATE) by CHRISTIAN KIM DOYBAR
