A man has arranged a romantic dinner and is preparing to finish his cooking, until he is interrupted by a fly lurking in his kitchen. It circles around him and over his food, causing the man to get progressively impatient and desperate, until, due to the distraction that the fly caused, he cuts his finger, provoking an outburst of anger out of him. This unleashes a frantic attempt to kill the fly, leading him to destroy his dinner, his apartment, and the appearance that protected his biggest secret.
