Hillarie M. Ualat was born in the province of Quirino and currently lives in Camarin, Caloocan City, and she is taking the course Bachelor of Arts in Communication major in Digital Cinema at Far Eastern University. Hillarie had some practical experience during her freshman year as well as participated in activities outside of the university that has helped her develop her skills and knowledge about filmmaking. However, she still considers herself a novice in the world of filmmaking and continues to learn and gain more experience.
